Payment & Pricing
PAYPAL ONLY!
Will not take invoices! Apologies!
Full payment in USD before work begins! You can request a sketch beforehand if preferred!
Because of past instances, I no longer offer 50/50 arrangements - Sorry.
Revisions are free of charge during the sketch and linework, once coloring begins, you will be charged for revisions at my discretion!

Process & Delivery
Provide clear references --- the more, the better!
WIPS will be shared at keys stages: sketches, revisions, line-work, and coloring!
If I don't hear back within 24 hours of a WIP, I may continue working!
Turn around will be established upon discussing the commission!
You'll receive: full-res PNG and a headshot crop to use as an icon if you please!
Post-completion edits are charged unless trivial (under 10 minutes).
Communication:
Consistency is Ideal!
I will inform you of disturbances irl that may put your piece on hold!
If you go unresponsive for 20 days, I will cancel the commission (you will not be entitled to a refund).
Copyright, Usage & AI
The Artist (Me)
I may post the artwork for portfolio/marketing purposes
You may share, display, and print the artwork for personal use; do not distrubute as goods (ex. selling)
You may not profit from, alter, or claim the artwork as your own
My signature/credit must remain visible
AI:
My artwork may not be used for AI training, LORAs, or similar models; will result in being blacklisted!
AI-generated references are fine for communicating ideas — the final piece is 100% hand-drawn
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel before work begins for a full refund.
Once work has started, refunds are not allowed!
If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be issued directly — do not file a PayPal chargeback. Filing a chargeback forfeits all your rights to the artwork and IP, and the dispute will be contested.
